Ticket Scheme

Wayward Friends subsidise a number of tickets to our performances for those who are otherwise excluded from seeing live theatre.

For performances of Grief is the Thing with Feathers at the Barbican we have been able to give over 400 free tickets to Black Ticket Project, English PEN, Cardboard Citizens, Clean Break, COMMON, Counterpoint Arts, Open Door & Sour Lemons.

“I am so grateful to Wayward Productions for offering members of COMMON the chance to see ‘Grief is the Thing with Feathers’ at The Barbican Theatre.

As a working class playwright, the opportunity to see this production would have been completely out of my budget. I often seek out the cheap seats at the cheaper London theatres, so this is a really special experience, especially as huge a fan of Enda Walsh’s work. Thank you so much”
